The camera is free roaming and you can turn it 360 degrees. Then you go on the train where the molesting happens. Other options let you take off all her clothes and even put cat ears on her. The same system you played Pitfall on could also play Custer's Revenge. The first one i remember is good ol' Custer's Revenge on Atari 2600.
